At Oribe, we stand behind the quality of our luxury hair care and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unused or gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email for you to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
